Professor Richard de Neufville
is Professor of Engineering Systems and of Civil and
Environmental Engineering. He has received numerous MIT and international
awards for contributions to Engineering Systems
the field of Technology Policy. From 1975 to 2000, he
was the Founding Chairman of the MIT Technology and Policy Program.
He has consulted widely on airports for national governments and
local authorities, notably in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, London,
Mexico City, Paris, Sydney among others. He also regularly serves
on Peer Review Panels as for Atlanta, Chicago, New England, Toronto etc.

Professor Amedeo Odoni is the T. Wilson
Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics and of Civil and Environmental
Engineering, and is Co-Director of the Global Airline Industry Center
at MIT. His distinctions include the INFORMS Robert F. Herman Lifetime
Achievement Award for seminal contributions to Transportation Science.
He has been a visiting professor at the University of Padova, the
Polytechnic of Milan, the National Technical University of Athens
and the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has consulted
extensively for many airports including Boston, New York, Milan, Amsterdam,
Munich, Stockholm, Moscow and Athens, as well as for several Civil Aviation
Authorities.
